Guardian angels are people who sponsor a dog through Melbourne Dog Rescue.
Do you have a favourite breed or dog you would like to see saved from euthanasia at a pound, but can’t foster or adopt that dog? Perhaps you would like to become that dog’s guardian angel?
Guardian angels pay the release fee of their chosen dog from the pound. Melbourne Dog Rescue provide the foster carer, and take care of rehoming that dog. You are that dog’s guardian angel, and your name will appear under that dog’s profile on our website as the guardian angel as well as on this page.
